Comfortable stay with great amenities

I recently enjoyed a comfortable stay with excellent amenities, including a cozy room equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making my experience all the more enjoyable. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety, although I would love to see more options in the future.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to drift off into dreamland! I loved the complimentary warm breakfast that offered just the right amount of fuel for a busy day ahead. Plus, the indoor swimming pool was a delightful bonus, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day of exploring!

The clean room was offset by the weird smell in the lobby.

The experience was a mixed bag. The decor was classy and made the place feel inviting. We encountered some issues with the cleanliness, especially the floors. It was disappointing that the shuttle service was unreliable, leaving us stranded for longer than expected. it had its charm but definitely needs improvements in some areas.

The location is great, making it easy to get to nearby attractions like the Edina Aquatic Center and Centennial Lakes Park. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. the bathroom had spots and there was no hot water during my stay. I also expected better breakfast options. Overall, it's a decent place for a quick business trip, but improvements are needed in maintenance and dining options.

Check-in was a breeze and the room was spick and span. Lots of charging ports, clean bed, and decent water pressure. Plus, the shuttle made getting to the game a piece of cake!

But seriously, breakfast options were akin to a sad cereal bar, and I felt like I was playing hide-and-seek with the hot water!

The room was super comfy with air conditioning, a microwave, and fridge for late-night snacks. The private bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer, which was great. Breakfast had tasty options and the fitness centre was a nice bonus. The free shuttle to the airport was super convenient too!

I had a great time during my 3-night stay, especially enjoying the amazing breakfast staff who catered well to the kids and the comfy room setup with a lovely view. However, the room cleanliness didn't match the photos. there were some hygiene concerns that affected the stay. I’d think twice before returning.

The staff delivered excellent service, especially Ruby from breakfast, who was attentive and friendly. The room had some wear, particularly an ice buildup in the fridge that was promptly replaced. Breakfast was standard but included hot sandwiches, which added variety. However, the room setup could benefit from better initial stocking of supplies like towels and toiletries, and some noise disturbances from pets may interrupt sleep for sensitive guests.

Drains in the bathroom clogged, slow water drainage!!! !!! Caution tape around the pool area is a real eyesore!!! Equipment and facilities often under maintenance!!!
